IN-SYNC Group Ltd (ISG) is the parent company of IN-SYNC Credit Services Ltd, IN-SYNC Digital Ltd, IN-SYNC Outsourcing Ltd and IN-SYNC Tax LLP.

We're excited to announce our new bundles, which will be available shortly after Making Tax Digital is launched in April. They'll be available on a flexible subscription basis and you will be able to pay in a way that suits you. 

 

OUR SERVICE BUNDLES

A combined monthly Tax and VAT service (either FRS or standard VAT accounting, whichever is most beneficial based on the individual’s industry and expenses) with free access to our mileage tracker, LOGIT-IN, travel expenses and a Starling business account.

Business Booster has the ability to generate a quarterly or annual VAT rebate through FRS backdating, when possible or through a VAT Input reclaim with ongoing value through monthly (MTD) tax and VAT services which include:

  • Monthly sales and expenses analysis to ensure optimum tax efficiency
  • Quarterly VAT assessments to ensure maximum benefit (FRS or Standard VAT accounting)
  • Fee protection cover in the event of an HMRC investigation into their Tax or VAT
  • Projected liability reporting
  • MTD financial reporting
  • General advice

This service bundle is provided to an individual and doesn’t necessarily require the involvement of any of the operative’s clients or supply chain.

Business Booster is paid for in one of three ways:

  • Taking the first two weeks payment in advance on a credit or debit card;
  • Setting up a monthly (in arrears) direct debit payment
  • Deferred annual payment within a credit agreement

Supercharger has the ability to generate a quarterly or annual VAT rebate through FRS backdating when possible or through a VAT Input reclaim with ongoing value through monthly (MTD) Tax and VAT services which include:

  • Monthly sales and expenses analysis to ensure optimum tax efficiency
  • Quarterly VAT assessments to ensure maximum benefit (FRS or Standard VAT accounting)
  • Fee protection cover in the event of an HMRC investigation into their Tax or VAT
  • Projected liability reporting
  • MTD financial reporting
  • General advice

This service bundle is provided to an individual and doesn’t necessarily require the involvement of any of the operative’s clients or supply chain.

It is the intention that neither of the above payment mechanisms is subject to any margin, fees or deductions for the operative. Alongside a payment method, Supercharger customers will have access to:

  • Employment status due diligence/guarantee
  • Public Liability cover
  • Identity / Right to work checks
  • Help to move from client to client and getting set up as a contractor/supplier.

Where engaging directly with a client, all of the above would be provided in the form of an electronic document pack, which would confirm all of the individual's personal and business details.

Alongside their normal preferred list of Umbrella suppliers with the case of Recruitment Agencies, they will already likely engage with Personal Service Companies (PSC’s) and their own direct Agency PAYE operatives. 

Supercharger is paid for in one of three ways:

  • Taking the first two weeks payment in advance on a credit or debit card
  • Setting up a monthly (in arrears) direct debit payment
  • Deferred annual payment within a credit agreement

This bundle features the same as the Supercharger bundle with the addition of a loan (Conditional Sale Agreement), provided by ICS, to finance the purchase of a commercial vehicle.

King of the Road is paid for by:

  • Taking the first two weeks payment in advance on a credit or debit card
  • Setting up a monthly (in arrears) direct debit payment
  • Suffering a deduction from their regular payments for services

 

FUTURE GROUP SERVICES

IN-SYNC Hub

IN-SYNC Group will offer a mobile application, which will be used by our customers to view and manage all their purchased services.

It will include: 

  • Ability to set up a bank transaction feed
  • The categorisation of income and expenses
  • Messages, alerts and deadlines
  • Business mileage and subsistence tracking
  • Projected HMRC liabilities (Income Tax and National Insurance)
  • Forecasted CIS rebate (CIS only)
  • Available CIS drawdown (CIS only, with HMRC API)
  • VAT account/benefit (assessing both Flat Rate VAT scheme and Standard Accounting benefit on an ongoing basis);
  • Access to business and personal finance

The Hub will clearly help you clearly see the benefits of being a customer of IN-SYNC Group, as well as allowing you to keep a ‘finger on the pulse’ of your business.

The aim of the app is to help our customers understand which services they can benefit from, based on the information we hold about them, their sales and their expenses. It'll be a secure, reliable and convenient way of running a self-employed business in a way that is as effortless as possible.
