Business Analyst

Description

We’re growing our IT team and are looking for a Business Analyst to work on an exciting new project!

Focusing on integrating a third-party system into our bespoke CRM, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders, the QA and Development team, and other departments across the Group, in addition to liaising with third-party suppliers.

You’ll be expected to gain a full understanding of our CRM and after reviewing business processes which currently fall outside of this, you’ll be able to identify how these can be improved and/or enabled within the CRM to create more streamlined and consistent workflows.


What you'll do

  • Analysing requirements to ensure all business implications have been considered
  • Investigating business activities to make them more efficient, translating and clarifying deliverables for the Development and Test teams
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to define, prioritise and execute system enhancements and projects
  • Assisting with automated testing, user acceptance testing and workshop facilitation
  • Producing regular reports to shows progress against milestones, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
  • Documenting the change outcomes to monitor and report on effectiveness, and helping the team to create and maintain documented processes, help and user guides, etc

What you'll need

You’ll need to have proven Business Analyst experience (ideally within a Finance or FinTech environment, but not essential) and be a strong project coordinator, prepared to take ownership of tasks and projects.

You’ll have excelled logical thinking and problem-solving skills and will be keen to provide new ideas or suggestions to enhance existing processes.

Collaboration and communication will be your strong points; you’ll have a knack for explaining technical concepts in a simple and logical manner and will be well-versed in using your excellent interpersonal skills to work with others at all levels.

You thrive in a high-pressure environment and can confidently make sound decisions and execute tasks.

Business Analyst qualifications are nice to have, but you should have a good understanding of ITIL.
