Working as part of a small team, you’ll be comfortable supporting with helpdesk tickets as required or when escalated, in addition to working on scheduled out-of-office hours tasks, or those odd occasions where something goes down after hours.

  • Practical/hands-on experience with SAN's and switch configuration
  • Good experience with VMWare (VCP highly beneficial)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to comfortably communicate at all levels
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach with the ability to get the job done in a proactive manner
  • Previous experience of working on an Infrastructure/ NOC team would be preferable

What you'll get in return

Along with a competitive salary, you’ll get the opportunity to work in a progressive and fast-paced business with new technologies.

Our benefits include 22 days holiday (which increases with length of service), pension scheme, a healthcare cash plan and professional study support.

At the moment we’re primarily working remotely and, whilst there’s the potential for this to continue in the long-term for this position, due to the nature of the role there would be a requirement to work in the office at least part of each week or as needed.
