At IN-SYNC, we’re passionate about helping self-employed people with their finances; our Group of companies provide a range of financial services and support to our self-employed customers. Our Telesales team are responsible for making contact with self-employed individuals (many of whom have been referred to us from the company contracting them for work) to discuss the services we offer.
What you'll do
As part of this team you’ll be fully trained, not only in selling techniques but also in the details of self-assessment tax, VAT, and self-employment in general. With these new skills and knowledge, you’ll be able to best advise customers on the products or packages we can offer to suit their needs and support them with their finances and accounting. We offer several products and services across the Group, so understanding the customers' circumstances and needs will help you to identify other services we can provide.
You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone, and outside of peak call times you’ll issue sales packs and agreements to customers, keep the customer database fully up to date will notes of all contact made, and liaise with internal teams to handover customer details for efficient after-sales care and processing.
We pride ourselves on providing training and support to our people to help them develop, both personally and professionally. We have a dedicated in-house Trainer to provide companywide training, and all our new Telesales Executives receive dedicated and specific sales training from Management, along with ongoing support from Team Leaders and colleagues.
